Shipping Policy

We aim to get your COCOCHOCO products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping times

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:

  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays for international orders.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — any active offers will be displayed at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or local customs office upon delivery.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@cocochoco-usa.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
