Hair texture is largely set by cysteine, a sulfur-containing amino acid. The ONYX formula penetrates the hair fiber and temporarily modifies those sulfur bonds in a controlled low-pH environment. The product is fully rinsed out, then the hair is reshaped during flat ironing and stabilized with conditioner in its new, straighter form: manageable, shiny and smooth.

All hair types: curly, wavy, straight and color-treated, virgin hair and textured hair. It is especially beneficial for damaged, dry or frizzy hair in need of deep hydration and restoration.
